SMS terms

Mouf sends a small number of text messages to people who were recommended to a local business, and to businesses a Power Partner invited. These terms explain what we send and how to stop it.

1. What we send

• One message asking whether the business may contact you, after someone you know recommended it to you.
• If you agree, up to four short check-ins over the following weeks (has the business contacted you, and were you happy with how it went).
• For businesses: an invitation to join Mouf that a Power Partner asked us to send.
• We never send marketing, and we don't share or sell your number.

2. When

Messages are only sent between 8am and 8pm in the business's local time. Anything due outside those hours waits until morning.

3. Stopping messages

• Reply STOP to any message and we won't text that number again. You'll get one message confirming it.
• Every email and text also has a link that stops all Mouf referrals to you.
• Reply HELP for help, or email admin@mouf.app.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
